Order online and pick your chocolates up in person at either of our New York Chocolate Houses.

Both Chocolate Houses are open every day, 8am to 7pm.
Right now every order on our site is collected in person. Choose your Chocolate House at checkout and we will email you as soon as your order is ready, usually within 24 hours. Bring that email and a photo ID with you. We will hold your order for 7 days.
Click and Collect is free, and in warm weather it is the kindest thing you can do for a box of chocolates. Everything is kept in temperature controlled rooms here until the moment you walk in.
Nationwide delivery is coming
We are working on tracked delivery across the US and hope to offer it before long.
We would rather get this right than rush it, particularly where heat and perishable chocolate are concerned. Delivery options, costs, timings and how we handle summer shipping will all be confirmed here when it launches.

Changing or canceling your order
Before you collect. Email us at hello@chococo.nyc or call (718) 878-0272 with your order number and we will cancel or amend it. During busy periods, orders already being packed may be too far along to change.
After you collect. Our chocolates are fresh, handcrafted and perishable, and food safety rules mean we cannot resell anything that has left the shop. For that reason we are not able to accept returns of chocolate that simply is not wanted.
What we will always do is put things right when something has gone wrong. Contact us within 48 hours of collection if the wrong items were packed, or if the chocolates are not in the condition they should be. Send us your order number and a photograph of the problem, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. There is no need to bring anything back.
Non perishable items such as gift bags, mugs and other homewares can be returned within 30 days if they are unused and in their original packaging. Bring them to either Chocolate House with your order confirmation, and we will refund you once we have checked them over.
Gift cards are non refundable.
None of this affects any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your state.
