Dorset Sea Salt Caramels Box - Small

Nine handcrafted chocolates, each with a liquid muscovado caramel centre laced with smoked sea salt, encased in a 72% Ecuador origin dark chocolate shell and decorated by hand with naturally coloured cocoa butter speckles.

The salt is what makes it. It comes from the Dorset Sea Salt Company, based on the Isle of Portland in Dorset, just along the coast from the Chococo kitchen - their apple oak smoked sea salt brings a gentle smokiness that cuts through the sweet, buttery caramel and pairs beautifully with the depth of the dark chocolate. A 2 Star Gold Great Taste Award winner (UK, 2020), and the box our customers come back for year after year.

Each chocolate is crafted and decorated by hand by the Chococo chocolatiers in their Dorset Chocolate Kitchen, on England’s South Coast, where Claire & Andy Burnet founded Chococo back in 2002. The chocolates are presented in a stylish rigid cardboard Chococo box which is 100% plastic-free and recyclable.

Storage advice: store somewhere cool and dry away from direct sunlight & strong odours. If stored in the fridge, bring back to room temperature before eating.
